The MODUL FILLER is an automatic in line ice cream filling machine.
With a large variety of containers, cups, cones, squeeze ups and Push Ups, the machines are designed in a modular system to meet the customers requirements.
For container production a film sealing unit can be installed onto the machine.

The MODUL FILLER can be built in a length of 3.6 mtr up to 8.4 mtr.
It is easy to operate and control by a PLC system.
All mechanically driven stations are equipped with two lifting stations, driven by mechanical cams or servo drives which give a wide range of filling options.

The MODUL FILLER can also be built with servo drives for the main drive shaft as well for the product chain and the filling stations. In this case the MODUL FILLER can be equipped for different products and the required attachments for short change over time.

The COMPACT FILLER is an automatic in line ice cream filling machine. With a large variety of containers, cups, cones and squeeze ups, the machines are designed in a modular system to meet the customers requirements.
For container production a film sealing unit can be installed onto the machine.
The COMPACT FILLER can be built in a lenght from 2,6 mtr up to of 4.2 mtr
It is easy to operate and control by a PLC system.All mechanically driven station are equipped with two lifting stations,
driven by mechanical cams or servo drives which give a wide range of filling options.


Ball Cone Line with LIN 2 Freezing Tunnel. The design of the modular filler has been extended to include nitrogen tunnels for the production of ball cones. There is no reason why technically if required this system should not be extended to other products.
Because of the size of the filler and the design parameters to which BIG DRUM has worked, the size of the product, the annual volume required and the factory space

available each filler has been constructed to customer requirements. The flexibility of the design makes this an economic and viable exercise.

Extrusion Line, Machine is designed for the production of multi layer type ice creams, bars, logs and other ice creams.
Products can be created in many colours and combinations, also with additional decorations.
The ice cream is extruded directly on the carton which comes from a roll or plastic trays.
The finished products will be cut and transported by a conveyor directly through a freezing tunnel to a flow-pack machine .

Rotary Filler, For the production of cones, cups and tubes where smaller capacities are required, the BIG DRUM RF is to be recommended.
The BIG DRUM RF is fully automatic with a wide range of filling possibilities.
